Location: Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

Job Description

• Perform X-Ray Technologist duties on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts.
• Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Recent Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
• ARRT certification required.
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician.

Onboarding and Credentialing Requirements

• Submit a recent color photo (taken within the last 6 months) with a plain background, no filters or eyeglasses.
• Provide primary source verification of professional license and certifications within 30 days of start date.
• Complete N95 respirator fit test within 365 days prior to start date; no exemptions allowed.
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is needed.
• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) required.
• TB screening: Negative TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if break >6 months.
• Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if break >6 months.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry checks.
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start and annually.
• Verification of highest level of education achieved.
• Submission of a detailed resume covering the past 7 years of work experience, including city and state.
• Two professional references within the last 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher.
• Completion of a skills checklist within 1 year of submission.
• Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for any extensions.

Additional Notes

• Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start.
• Background checks include international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within the last 7 years.
• Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documents.
• Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest X-ray after the positive test.
