Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist
Location: Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Job Description
- Perform X-Ray Technologist duties on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts.
- Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Recent Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
- ARRT certification required.
- Experience as an X-Ray Technician.
Onboarding and Credentialing Requirements
- Submit a recent color photo (taken within the last 6 months) with a plain background, no filters or eyeglasses.
- Provide primary source verification of professional license and certifications within 30 days of start date.
- Complete N95 respirator fit test within 365 days prior to start date; no exemptions allowed.
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is needed.
- Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) required.
- TB screening: Negative TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if break >6 months.
- Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if break >6 months.
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry checks.
- Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start and annually.
- Verification of highest level of education achieved.
- Submission of a detailed resume covering the past 7 years of work experience, including city and state.
- Two professional references within the last 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher.
- Completion of a skills checklist within 1 year of submission.
- Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for any extensions.
Additional Notes
- Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start.
- Background checks include international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within the last 7 years.
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documents.
- Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest X-ray after the positive test.
This position offers a structured long-term assignment with comprehensive credentialing and health requirements to ensure compliance and safety.
