Description
Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) - Rotating Day/Night
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day and night shifts
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years of medical/surgical nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
Additional Notes
- Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
- No fit testing can be done onsite; must be completed prior to start
- Prior travel experience is mandatory
This position is suitable for experienced travel RNs with medical/surgical specialty seeking a rotating day/night schedule in Massachusetts.
