Job Description

• Work in a busy Therapy Department providing both outpatient and inpatient services.
• Rehab services include:

  • Physical & Occupational Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Pelvic Health Therapy
  • Dry Needling
  • LSVT Big and Loud Program
  • Pain Management
• Physical Therapy services include:

  • Pelvic Health Therapy
  • Inpatient hospital care
  • Inpatient nursing home care
  • Outpatient clinic visits
  • Local school visits
  • Home care visits
• Patient populations served:

  • Orthopedic
  • Neurological
  • Developmentally delayed pediatric
  • Musculoskeletal injuries

Facility Overview

• Small rural hospital with acute care, long-term care, and outpatient services.
• Provides a range of services including clinic, laboratory, radiology (CT, ultrasound, mammography, diagnostic x-ray, MRI), occupational therapy, physical therapy (including hydrotherapy pool), speech therapy, visiting nurse and home care, hospice care, durable medical equipment, home oxygen sales, nutrition counseling, social services, and emergency medical services.
• Serves Sheridan County and surrounding areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Montana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience as a Physical Therapist
