Description
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- 36-hour guarantee per week
- May be requested to float to a nearby facility within the same city
- Experience with Cardizem and Insulin drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on Telemetry units preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred, specifically Cerner (not required)
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience with Phenobarbital on Telemetry units
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered if they have strong experience
- Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible for local rates
- Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory for first-time travelers
