Registered Nurse (RN) - Lactation Consultant Program Coordinator (Days)

Job Summary

Provide expert assessment, treatment, consultation, planning, and leadership oversight for optimal lactation management in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop interdisciplinary care plans for patients with advanced lactation support needs and communicate goals with the care team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
• Minimum 1 year of lactation RN experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in inpatient lactation settings
• Experience in outpatient lactation settings
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system (strongly preferred)

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Information

• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required
• Holiday and overtime multipliers apply (1.25x)
