Location: Canton, Ohio

Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), 1 shift per week
• Weekend rotation required
• No call required
• Equipment: Work with GE Evo64 slice CT units

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check required prior to start, including a 7-year FCRA-compliant search
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing and updated annually
• Fingerprint results must be received prior to contract extension; some exceptions apply for Radiology/Cardiology specialties
• Education verification required for all candidates
• Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Annual orientation safety manual acknowledgement required

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start confirming ability to perform essential job functions
• Fit mask test within 12 months of start, updated annually (3M 1860 small/regular or 1870+ masks)
• Negative TB test (2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold/T-Spot) within 6 months of start; chest x-ray required if prior positive TB test
• Immunizations required with official documentation:

  • Measles (Rubeola): 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
  • Mumps: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
  • Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
  • Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B: Titer, series, or declination documentation
  • Tdap vaccine every 10 years (medical exemptions require physician note)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31)
• 10-panel drug screen required, updated annually (instant drug screens not accepted)

Documentation and History

• Employment application must include 3 years prior work history with at least 2 years clinical practice in an acute care setting in a similar specialty
• Two professional references within 1 year of start from a manager, supervisor, or charge nurse required (co-worker references not accepted)
• Annual skills checklist required

Additional Notes

• Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start is mandatory; modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome
• Badge photo required prior to start
• Travelers with breaks in employment longer than 6 months may need to repeat orientation modules
• Legal name must be used consistently in all documentation systems
