Job Description

• Perform diversified duties in the CT section of the Radiology Department
• Operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures
• Report to the CT Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate’s degree in Radiology

Onboarding and Credential Requirements

• Submit a recent professional badge photo (color, plain background, no filters or eyeglasses)
• Primary source verification of professional license and certification within 30 days of start date; no conditional licenses accepted
• Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required
• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
• TB screening: documentation of TB skin test or negative blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international residence history for last 7 years
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start date, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start date, updated annually
• Verification of highest level of education achieved
• Social Security Number trace for last 7 years of addresses
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the skillset
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions

• Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test
• Name change documentation required if credentials do not match current legal name
• Candidate submission coversheet required for initial assignment submissions and new facility submissions
