Job Description

• Must have EPIC experience; proficiency should be clearly noted on the profile.
• Required to float to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle.
• Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at submission; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. No time off requests after submission will be approved.
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any solid color (no designs or cartoons), no hoodies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
• Minimum 3 years of ICU/CCU experience.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• Must hold a valid New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required by the state of NY for temporary staffing).
• Current Nursys license, BLS, and ACLS certifications must be uploaded with the profile; facility will not pend licenses or certifications.
• Must pass a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance, covering amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolite, opiates, phencyclidine, methadone, methaqualone, propoxyphene, buprenorphine, and 6-acetylmorphine.
• Completion of verbal de-escalation training from either Welle or CPI is required for onboarding and clearance (effective 1/1/2024).
• Permanent address must be included in the profile and must match Driver License/State ID; address will be validated during compliance.
• Candidates from the following New York counties will not be considered: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington.

Additional Information
