MRI Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Buffalo, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

  • Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday-Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Hours per Day: 10
• Hours per Week: 40
• Patient Census: Average 25 patients daily, 1 room, 45 beds
• Staff Ratios:

  • Days: 1:3
  • Nights: 1:2
  • Weekends: 1:1
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
• Floating: May float within scope as needed
• Block Schedule: Accommodated
• Locals Accepted: Yes, no radius restrictions
• Pending License Accepted: Yes
• On-call: None

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working with adult patients
• Experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Facility & Work Environment

• Acute Care Hospital with 39 staffed beds
• Level 4 Trauma Center
• Charting system: Epic/Excellian
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• Scrub color: Charcoal gray

Additional Notes

• Candidate may be canceled up to 3 shifts without penalty to the agency
• RTO (Return to Office) restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• References are not required for client clearance and will not delay start
• Skills checklist required annually
