Description

ICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Point Pleasant, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Details

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
First-time travel nurses accepted
Must complete medication and EKG competency exams within 72 hours of contract signing; passing score of 85% required on both exams
Position requires working in an ICU setting

Required Certifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA only
BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only

Required Licenses

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with primary source verification
NURSYS verification required

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
