CT Tech (Travel/Contract) - Dayton, Ohio
Job Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 hours
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures using proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
- Work within scope of practice and licensure for medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture.
- Coordinate patient flow and CT scanner activities.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition using professional judgment.
- May perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed.
- May have on-call responsibilities.
- Must be available to work every other holiday.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- ARRT RT (R) registry
- Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Radiologic Technology
