CT Tech (Travel/Contract) - Dayton, Ohio

Job Details

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3 shifts per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Independently perform computed tomography (CT) procedures using proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
Work within scope of practice and licensure for medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture.
Coordinate patient flow and CT scanner activities.
Maintain equipment in good working condition using professional judgment.
May perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed.
May have on-call responsibilities.
Must be available to work every other holiday.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
ARRT RT (R) registry
Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Radiologic Technology
