Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic
Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in outpatient clinic settings including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, and similar environments.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM if needed).
- Assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks, with no exceptions.
- Must be willing to assist at other clinic locations as needed for coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Hawaii.
- Minimum 2 years of LPN / LVN nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Experience working in a clinic setting.
Additional Information
- Holiday pay is based on hours worked on the holiday (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).
- Selected candidates must coordinate arrival details and compliance requirements with the facility upon confirmation.
Shift
- Primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional extensions to 6:00 PM.
