Description

Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3 shifts of 12 hours (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Schedule Details: Every other weekend and holidays as assigned
Call: As assigned within staff rotation

Job Summary

Perform diagnostic radiology procedures (CT and X-Ray) following established guidelines.
Prepare patients for examinations and ensure radiation safety for both operator and patient.
Conduct routine radiographic studies using GE and Toshiba/Cannon equipment.
Typical department volume: 270-290 scans per day.
Use EPIC EMR system.
Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
ARRT certification
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Experience with GE Healthcare
