Description
Job Opportunity: RN Surgical Services - Circulating & Recovery Room
Location: Lewistown, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week (weekends, holidays, and on-call required)
Job Description
- Provide circulating and recovery nurse services in the operating room.
- Assist the surgical team as needed according to established procedures.
- Deliver direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and consult with specialists to adjust nursing care for optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare patients for scheduled procedures and assist in patient assessment throughout their stay.
- Provide care in the recovery room.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
- Minimum of 3 years of OR circulating experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
