Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Information
- Unit: Operating Room (OR) with 7 OR suites
- Staff: Approximately 30 (including CST, RN, aides, and leadership)
- Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- EMR System: Meditech
- Equipment: Variety based on specialty
- Procedures: Robotics (gynecology, urology, general), cystoscopy, breast, knee scopes, total joint surgeries
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with recent OR experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Skills
- Experience or skills in gynecology, urology, general surgery, robotics, and orthopedic procedures
