Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Burlington, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• 3 shifts of 12 hours each (3x12s)
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Workdays: Friday through Sunday
• No on-call required

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT CT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred Experience

• Experience with patient populations including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Familiarity with PACS and Siemens imaging systems

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security Card (required for badge issuance)
• Employment application/resume with 7-year work history
• Verification of all employment within the last 5 years through a third-party vendor
• Two supervisory references from clinical assignments within the last 24 months (at least one within 12 months)
• Badge photo meeting strict facility requirements (no selfies, solid color background, business casual or uniform attire, forward-facing)
• Completion of facility-specific forms including health history and contractor equipment acknowledgment
• Completion of onboarding tasks including Workday login and multi-factor authentication setup prior to start
• Pass/fail testing for EPIC or Dysrhythmia/EKG as applicable (2 attempts allowed)
• Annual skills checklist with a one-week grace period for renewal

Important Facility Policies

• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling
• Background check must have no open hits; all cases must be closed before start
• Fingerprinting required only for Home Health and Long-Term Care positions (not applicable here)

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement is required
• Candidates must review and sign the facility’s floating policy and dress code
• Candidates must complete the EPIC test if applicable (passing score required)

This position offers a structured weekend day shift with no call responsibilities, requiring a minimum of one year of CT experience and ARRT CT certification. Compliance with strict credentialing, immunization, and background verification policies is mandatory.
