Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Unit Information
- Trauma or Operating Room unit
- 18 OR suites plus 2 minor rooms
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Call requirements: 24-hour trauma service coverage, 12-hour shifts, alternate weekends, on-call assignments
- Staffing includes support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, and unit secretaries
Typical Procedures
- Total joint procedures
- Robotic gynecology oncology
- Craniotomy procedures
- Circulating for trauma, general, orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of OR Circulate experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
