Description

CT Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: Wichita, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7 AM – 7 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Overview

Large, busy CT department averaging approximately 130 CT scans per day
Level 1 Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
750-bed hospital with 24/7 staffing: lead tech plus three techs on dayshift, split shift 9 AM–9 PM, and one night tech (7 PM–7 AM)
Equipment includes GE scanners (64 slice and above), PACS, and FUJI Synapse
EMR system: Meditech

Typical Procedures

CTA chest, neck, abdomen
CTA cardiac (Structural Heart program)
CT head with stroke protocol

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GE scanners
Prior experience with Meditech EMR

Work Environment & Culture

Team-oriented with good interdepartmental collaboration
Dependable and prompt professionals preferred
Dress code: black scrubs (not provided)

Additional Information

This is a travel assignment in a high-volume trauma and stroke center
