Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity
Location: Peoria, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details

- Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
Requirements
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or proof that the application process has been started
- BLS Certification
- Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy and produce a negative drug screen for all panels
- Submission requires last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and requested time off
Additional Information
- Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
- Call-off policy allows up to 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or shift payment obligation
- Work schedule includes 20 hours Thursday/Friday at one location and 20 hours Saturday/Sunday at another within the area
