Job Details

• Location: Dover, New Hampshire
• Assignment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 11 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• Local candidates will not be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Imaging Technologist License
• ARRT Certification in CT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
• Must meet all required health screenings and immunizations, including:

  • N95 fit test (completed prior to start and updated annually)
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
  • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year of start date
• Completion of required background checks and verifications, including:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days prior to start
  • New Hampshire state-specific criminal and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start
• Documentation of two professional references within the last 4 years (minimum one supervisor)
• Submission of a detailed resume including 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Completion of skills checklist within 1 year of submission
• Verification of highest level of education achieved
• Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for extensions

Additional Requirements

• Must complete respirator medical clearance attestation as part of fit testing
• If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray is required
• Name change documentation required if credentials do not match legal name
• Candidates must comply with all onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start date
