Staffing (Day Shift): Charge nurse, 4 RNs, 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
Staffing (Night Shift): Charge nurse, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs
Patient Ratio: 6:1
Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Sequential Compression Devices (SCD) machines
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Job Description

Care for medical patients including post-op radial cardiac catheterization patients
Administer some drips such as heparin
High energy unit with a focus on teamwork and a fun, hardworking culture

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year in an acute care hospital setting
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
