Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day shift, either 4 shifts of 12 hours (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM) or 3 shifts of 12 hours (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
- No weekends
- No on-call required
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT CT certification
Licensure
- State license not required for Radiology Tech positions (MRI, CT, X-ray, Sonography)
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check within 1 year of start, including:
- 7-year search
- SS trace
- Counties
- Sex offender registry
- Nationwide check
- Education verification (diploma acceptable in lieu of third-party verification)
- International searches if candidate has lived/worked outside the US
- GSA/SAM and OIG excluded provider checks required
- Minnesota DHS NetStudy Fingerprint clearance required before start (candidates cannot start with fingerprints pending unless approved with a “more time needed” letter)
- Candidates must complete the Minnesota DHS Net Study Questionnaire immediately after signing contract
- Fingerprinting must be completed within 2 weeks of registration; candidates may need to travel to a location offering livescan fingerprinting if not locally available
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask test required (N95 options: Halyard Fluid Shield or 3M 1860)
- Tdap vaccination required (no religious declinations accepted)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray per Minnesota state guidelines (2-step PPD or equivalent within 90 days of start)
- Proof of immunity or vaccination for:
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B vaccination, positive titer, or declination accepted
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination required annually (decliners must wear a mask)
Additional Requirements
- Two references from recent employers within the last 2 years
- Skills checklist required for all clinical candidates
- Candidate must sign confidentiality agreement prior to start
- Photo for badge required (grey background, no selfies, JPG format)
- Dress code must be reviewed prior to start
Notes
- Education modules will be completed during orientation (average 16 hours)
- No weekend or call shifts
