Description
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Salida, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide physical therapy services within the scope of practice, focusing on Pelvic Health.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention strategies.
- Design and modify therapeutic plans to help patients regain daily functional abilities.
- Promote injury and disability prevention through health, fitness, and wellness education for all age groups.
- Participate in consultation, education, and research activities related to physical therapy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including physician orders, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year.
- Specialized experience in Pelvic Health physical therapy.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
