Description

Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location

City: Largo, Maryland

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Night Shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (19:30 - 08:00)
Every other weekend required
Holidays required as scheduled
Floating required within specialty, lower acuity areas, and sister campus as needed

Patient Ratio

1 nurse to 3 patients

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
Completion of at least one travel assignment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
STABLE certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room environment
