• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in internal medicine outpatient services
• Primary care and/or outpatient experience preferred
• Car required for the position
• Shared housing available (no pets or guests) if relocating

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of Internal Medicine experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Health and Safety Requirements

• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year of start date and updated if break >6 months
• If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required

Background and Compliance Checks (must be current and updated if break >6 months)

• Professional license verification through primary source (NURSYS and Board of Nursing)
• Criminal background check including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry
• Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years of residence, work, and education
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists
• Education verification of highest degree achieved (not required for CNA)
• Two professional references within last 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)

• Skills checklist completed within 1 year

• Confirmation of assignment/point of information form upon acceptance and for extensions

• Shared housing requires signing a housing agreement
