Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington

Experience

• Specialty experience: Physical Therapy in inpatient rehabilitation (years not explicitly stated; confirm with recruiter if needed)

Background and Screening Requirements

• Background check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually

  • Varicella - 2 vaccines or positive titer
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted with adherence to infection control policies

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background) required
• Completion of annual regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
• WA Multi-State Licensed Nurses Demographic Attestation if applicable
• Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)
• Epic training modules completion required within a week of orientation

• Rehabilitation medical center setting
• Patient care with a 1:6 therapist-to-patient ratio

• Hours subject to change based on need, including every other Friday and Saturday shifts
