Job Summary

• Provide nursing coverage in a clinic setting
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, phone calls, treatments, and procedures within the scope of professional license
• Maintain clinic flow for patients and providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Registered Nurse license in Iowa
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred in acute or ambulatory care settings
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS certification (new employees must certify within 3 months of hire)
• Strong nursing process skills and patient service orientation
• Ability to multitask (think, converse, and type simultaneously) with excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC skills and comfort with Windows operating systems
• Organized, able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
