Description

Physical Therapist - Pennsylvania

Job Details

Location: Dallas, Pennsylvania (Coverage includes Dauphin County and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius)
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift
Workload:
- Average 4-6 visits per day (PT/OT/SLP)
- Productivity target: 28-32 points per week
Overtime: Must be pre-approved
Cancellation Notice: 2 weeks

Job Requirements

Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Additional Information

May be asked to assist in other territories within the service area as needed
