Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
📍 Canonsburg, PA | 13 Weeks
BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The PT will provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes, helping them improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life while working alongside an interdisciplinary home health team.
Requirements
- Active PA PT License
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Reliable transportation
