CT Tech Travel/Contract Job - Massachusetts

Location

  • City: Attleboro, Massachusetts

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Travel/Contract
  • Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Work Setting: Community hospital with high ER volume
  • Equipment: Two CT scanners (Siemens and Toshiba), Synapse PACS, Medrad Injectors
  • Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
  • Imaging Scope: Basic CT imaging only (no advanced or cardiac CT)

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
  • ARRT Registered (R)
  • ARRT Advanced Certification

Health and Compliance Requirements

  • Background Checks:
    • Standard 7-year background check including SS trace, county searches, nationwide, sex offender registry
    • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required
    • Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry Search required for all travelers in MA
    • Massachusetts Statewide iCORI Clearance (criminal background check) required
  • Immunizations and Testing:
    • Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
    • Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility guidelines
    • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine (with medical exemption documentation if applicable)
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity by titer or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
    • Hepatitis B immunity by titer or signed declination accepted
    • Varicella immunity by titer or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
    • Flu vaccine required during flu season (September - April); medical/religious exemptions considered with documentation
    • COVID-19 vaccine required; exemptions only accepted with signed medical or religious documentation
    • Drug screen within 30 days prior to start (minimum 9-panel)
    • N95 fit test within last 6 months for specified mask models; onsite fit testing possible case-by-case
  • Facility Specific Documents:
    • Badge photo (head and shoulders, plain background) required 2 weeks prior to start
    • Compliance checklist, latex allergy questionnaire, personal information forms required prior to start
    • COVID-19 exemption forms if applicable

  • This position fills a temporary vacancy; hours may be adjusted if filled permanently but total hours remain the same.
  • First-time travel CT techs are welcome to apply (no prior travel experience required).
  • Two CT rooms available for use.
