Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: Carmel, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: Night shifts, Friday and Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2 shifts of 12 hours each per week)
• Hours per Week: 24 hours
• Call Requirements: Up to 4-5 times per month, including holidays
• On-Call: Required one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month; holidays may be required
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Floating: No floating between units or sister facilities
• Guaranteed Hours: Options include 8- and 10-hour shifts totaling 36-48 hours per week depending on schedule
• Work Environment:

  • Short-Term Acute Care facility with 153 staffed beds
  • Equipment includes Siemens, Carestream Portable, Phillips IQon CT Scanners, Siemens DR XR Rooms
  • Multi-modality CT/X-ray technologist role, must be able to perform general X-ray
  • Work with ER, inpatient, outpatient, adult and pediatric patients
  • Stroke 1 Accredited Hospital
  • Charting system: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or RQI accepted)
• ARRT certification
