CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Location: Ottawa, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Summary

• Perform CT exams and procedures under radiologist direction with minimal supervision.
• Administer ionizing radiation following ALARA guidelines to ensure diagnostic quality and patient safety.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
• Radiology license and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• IEMA license in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and solid computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of a CT certification program.
• CT certification.
