Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

Location

Washington, District of Columbia

Contract Length

13 weeks

Shift Details

Day shift, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
On-call requirement: one weekend call every 4-6 weeks; weekday call once every other week
Possible float to cath lab holding area
No holiday requests off allowed

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in District of Columbia
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
Experience administering moderate sedation for procedures
At least 1 previous travel assignment required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Experience in Emergency Department (ED)
