Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

Location

  • Washington, District of Columbia

Employment Type

  • Travel/Contract

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Shift Details

  • Day shift, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • On-call requirement: one weekend call every 4-6 weeks; weekday call once every other week
  • Possible float to cath lab holding area
  • No holiday requests off allowed

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in District of Columbia
  • Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
  • Experience administering moderate sedation for procedures
  • At least 1 previous travel assignment required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Experience in Emergency Department (ED)

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
