Outpatient Physical Therapist - Oregon
Location
- City: Lincoln City, Oregon

- Dayshift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekends
- 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
- Work includes acute and swing bed rehab as well as outpatient services such as:
- Sports and orthopedic rehab
- Pediatric rehab
- Neurological and stroke rehab
- Balance and dizziness rehab
- Wheelchair seating
- Neck, back, and extremity care
- Practice in a well-equipped outpatient therapy department within a 25-bed critical access hospital.
- Enjoy a dynamic, supportive therapy environment with professional camaraderie.
- Treatment sessions typically last 45 minutes.
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
