Description
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position
Location: Atlantis, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
Unit and Work Environment
- Unit: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (42 beds, newly established)
- Equipment: Therapy equipment, new technology available
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating Policy: Primarily within the Inpatient Rehab Unit
- Patient Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in acute care, SNF, or inpatient rehab required
- Dress Code: Grey scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
- Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- OTR Certification
- Experience in Acute Care, Post Acute, and Rehabilitation settings
Additional Information
- Procedures: One-on-one therapy sessions
- Work setting offers a brand new unit with updated equipment and technology
- Team has experienced staff with tenure in the unit
This position is a travel assignment.
