CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Florida, Key West
Position Overview
- Job Title: CT Tech - Radiology
- Employment Type: Travel
- Location: Key West, Florida
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Provide timely diagnostic CT services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
- Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
- Experience with Toshiba or Canon Aquilion CT equipment preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- Housing must be secured at the time of acceptance; candidates should review housing options and costs prior to submission.
- The CT Technologist must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school.
