RN

Job Overview

Role Summary

  • Interpret the plan of medical care and assess nursing care decisions
  • Provide safe, competent, individualized nursing care
  • Evaluate nursing care for groups of patients
  • Maintain accurate reports and records
  • Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects
  • Record medical information and vital signs
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and condition

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Oncology (1 year of experience)
  • Oncology experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Long Term Acute Care experience

  • Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
  • Orientation summary
  • MMR documentation or proof of immunity
  • TB test documentation or negative TB blood test
  • Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
