MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
3 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Annual background checks and required registry/search screenings
Annual pass/fail testing and competency testing
Color blindness testing before start
Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit testing for N95 mask
Tdap vaccination
TB screening or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation
9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
Annual flu vaccination or approved exemption
