Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist (Days)

Job Description

• Position involves First Assist duties in an 8-bed unit.
• Dress code: Facility-provided scrubs.
• Includes 8 hours of non-billable orientation.
• Call requirements: 4 hours call-back; holiday and overtime multipliers apply.
• Requested time off (RTO) during the assignment must be submitted and approved at the time of profile upload; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed. Late RTO requests will not be approved and may result in offer rescindment.
• Candidates must have their own vehicle.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum 2 years of First Assist experience, including experience within the last year.
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Operating Room (OR) experience.

Additional Requirements

• Must include permanent address in profile submission.
• Provide at least two specific interview dates/times; "anytime" availability is not accepted.
• Voicemail must be set up on phone for facility contact; candidates without voicemail will be redirected.
• All scheduling requests, including time off, must be made at submission; no changes allowed after offer.
