Job Overview

- Hours per Week: 40
Patient Care & Work Setting
- Home visits with periodic office meetings
- Average daily caseload: 5–6 patients
- Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week
- Cases include start-of-care and follow-up visits
- Territory may require travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Additional Notes
- Local candidates are accepted
- Weekend and on-call expectations vary by location and should be confirmed during interview
- HCHB is the EMR used for this assignment
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- No guaranteed hours
