Job details

Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
Employment type: LTA
Schedule: 36 hours per week; Monday and Saturday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and Thursday 11:00 AM–11:30 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding requirements

N95 fit test within 365 days of start date and updated annually
Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
MMR documentation or proof of immunity
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
Criminal background check
Massachusetts CORI check
Education verification
SSN trace
National sex offender check
Exclusion checks
Confirmation of assignment/POI form
Beeline attestation

Optional

Chest x-ray documentation if there is a positive TB test or TB titer
Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential documentation or profile
TB symptom survey if positive PPD
