Job Overview
- Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy
- Location: Delta, Colorado
- Employment type: Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility on days/times; at least 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS
Role Summary
- Provide physical therapy to patients across the pediatric to geriatric age range
- Assess patients, interpret evaluations and test results, and develop treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription
- Deliver treatment, support discharge planning, and help patients continue care through home exercise programs and follow-up recommendations
- Document patient care and maintain a safe, clean, and confidential care environment
