Role Summary

• RN case management role focused on length-of-stay management and complex discharge planning.
• Works with acute care, ICU, rehab, and ER populations.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Case Management (1 year of experience)
• Case Management experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Discharge Planning
• Utilization Review (InterQual)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification
• MSN
• Pediatric experience
• Experience with complex care coordination
• Experience with complex discharge planning
• Exposure to utilization review
• Community-clinic, community outreach, and care-team collaboration experience
• Children’s hospital experience
• Recent acute care case management experience
• Experience with ventilators
