Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Indiana
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• CNMT or NMTCB
• Community Hospital experience
• Experience with Cerner

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• Shift days listed as Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• May float to other facilities based on need
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Locals accepted

Facility Notes

• Short-term acute care setting
• Cerner charting used
• Free parking available

Compliance / Onboarding

• Background check required
• Education verification required
• Transcript or diploma required
• References required
• Employment application must be current and explain any gaps of 30 days or more
• Skills checklist required
• Application history must cover 7 years with all gaps accounted for

Health / Screening Requirements

• Physical exam
• Fit test
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Drug screen
• Color blind exam
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation or immunity requirements
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Tdap is preferred but not required
