Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment type: Travel/Contract

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience in an Outpatient setting

Additional Job Details

On-call not required
Patient diagnoses include CVA, heart failure, diabetes mellitus type II, status post amputation, Parkinson’s disease, paraplegia, and dementia
