PACU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Location: Seymour, Indiana
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Call required: Yes, including one weekend per month plus 4 additional shifts per month
• Floating: May float within scope as needed
• Block scheduling: Accepted
• Local candidates: Accepted within an 80-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Additional Requirements

• First-time travelers may be accepted depending on experience
• RTO longer than 1 week is restricted
