RN - Med/Surg - Nights
Location: State College, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract
Facility Type: Hospital
Shift
- 12-hour shifts: 1845-0715
- Every other weekend
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Role Summary
- Provides professional nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Responsible for overall nursing practice of the unit during the assigned shift
- Serves as a team member and liaison between patients and staff
