Job Overview

• Contract assignment
• 8-hour day shift
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS
• ARRT (CT)
• IEMA

Experience Considerations

• First-time travelers may be accepted if well qualified

Clinical / Technical Skills

• IV starts
• Stroke and chest pain workups
• Trauma imaging
• Experience with GE CT scanners

Schedule

• Weekend rotation every 4th weekend
• On-call rotation every 8 weeks
• Shift time: 10:00–18:30
• Schedule cycle: 8 weeks

Orientation

• Precepted shifts: 1 week

Work Setting

• Department sees 50–75 patients per day
• Common patient types include ED, inpatient, outpatient, stroke, chest, procedural, and trauma cases
• No floating
