Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Wound Care (1 year of experience)
- Wound Care experience within the last year
- CWOCN or CWON
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding Requirements
- Documentation of MMR immunity or vaccination
- N95 fit test completed within 365 days of start date
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI
- Respirator medical clearance attestation
- Badge photo
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Beeline attestation
Optional / Conditional
- If TB screening is positive, a negative chest X-ray is required
